Each module is approximately 8 weeks of instruction broken into 3 units. The "module-at-a-glance" chart gives the big picture, breaking down the module into a detailed week-by-week view. It shows how the module unfolds, the focus of each week of instruction, and where the six assessments and the performance task occur.

Each unit is made up of a sequence of between 5-20 lessons. The “unit-at-a-glance” chart breaks down each unit into its lessons, to show how the curriculum is organized in terms of standards addressed, supporting targets, ongoing assessment, and protocols. It also indicates which lessons include the mid-unit and end-of-unit assessments.
