What is Crew? What is the Crew Curriculum?

In EL Schools, Crew is both a culture that calls all members of the school community to pitch in and work together and a structure of weekly meetings where small groups of 10-15 students meet with a teacher Crew leader to build relationships and support learning and growth.

The 6-8 Crew Curriculum is a full year-long curriculum that schools can use as the basis for planning the Crew structure that fits the needs of their school community.
